Eligibility

You are prohibited from using our software or services if you are Affiliated with any anti-cheat organizations, game development companies, or law enforcement agencies. "Affiliation" includes employment, contractual work, partnerships, or advisory roles. You are also not allowed to use our software if you intend to reverse engineer, debug, decompile, or otherwise analyze our software for malicious purposes, including detecting its presence or functionality.

License and acceptable use

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial, and revocable license to use our software solely for your own purposes. Prohibited actions include sharing, selling, or redistributing the software or your license key, decompiling the software, reverse engineering, or circumventing any software security measures. You are solely responsible for any consequences, including bans or penalties, that result from your use of our software.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our software is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not responsible for the actions of third parties, including but not limited to game developers or anti-cheat systems, in response to the use of our software. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to account closures, data loss, or financial losses, resulting from your use of the software. The use of the software is entirely at your own risk.

Refund policy

All purchases are final. Refunds are not granted under any circumstances, except in cases of accidental double payments or unauthorized transactions, which are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We offer technical support to resolve functionality issues, but resolving such issues is not guaranteed.

License Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license without prior notice if you violate any provision of these terms, share, sell, or distribute the software or your license key, initiate payment disputes, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination of the agreement, your access to the software will be revoked, and no refunds will be issued. Users whose licenses have been terminated are prohibited from purchasing or using our software in the future.

Data collection and privacy

By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of information necessary for authentication and service functionality, such as registration details and logins. Your data will not be shared with third parties unless it is required by law or legal processes, or with authorized service providers for payment processing. Collected data is retained only as long as necessary for the functionality of the service, and it is encrypted to protect the user's privacy.

Payment and Billing

All payments must be made using authorized methods. Unauthorized transactions, refunds, or disputes will result in the termination of the license.

Prohibited actions

You agree not to disrupt, attack, or interfere with our servers or systems, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our software or services, distribute or promote unauthorized versions or cracks of the software, or analyze or reverse engineer our software to detect it or expose its presence. Violations may result in the immediate termination of your license and possible legal action.

Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. The continued use of our software after updates signifies acceptance of the modified terms.
